3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on information provided at the time of quotation. Any changes to specifications may affect the final price.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract. Typically:

• A deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote
• Stage payments are due at agreed milestones
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion

5. Project Timescales

We endeavour to complete all projects within agreed timescales. However, timescales may be affected by factors including weather, material availability, and changes requested by the client.

6. Guarantees

We provide workmanship guarantees as specified in your contract. These are in addition to any manufacturer warranties on materials used.

7. Insurance

MaisonWorks maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Clients are advised to maintain their own buildings and contents insurance throughout any project.
